Molly Wright, played by Tessa Thompson, had encountered aliens and the MIB agents when she was small. She had helped an alien escape the agents. The MIB neuralysed her parents, but she behaved as if she were fast asleep and evaded being neuralysed. Thus she had her memories and soon became obsessed to join the secret organization. She doesn’t give up and manages to track down the MIB headquarters by following the organization’s agents. She manages to impress Agent O who grants her a probationary position of Agent M and is sent to the London Branch. Here she meets High T played by Liam Neeson who assigns her to work alongside Agent H played by Chris Hemsworth. The two are assigned a secret mission which turns out to be a dangerous one. The movie then proceeds with how Agent M and H together save Earth.
Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson are amazing together as MIB agents. Their chemistry was just as strong as the screenplay of the movie. Pawny is one of the best characters other than the two lead protagonists of the movie. The alien has been given the most humorous lines to deliver on-screen. The special effects of the movie are good too.
The plot takes too much time to settle down.
Men in Black International has been directed by F Gary Gray. The producers of the movie are Walter F Parkes and Laurie MacDonald. The music for the movie has been given by Danny Elfman and Chris Bacon.
Men in Black International stands out from the other MIB franchise movies. The storyline is promising and the cast is interesting. With a better script, the movie could have gathered more plus points.
